I have been a student of The New Audiences and Innovative Practice for two years and I made it my goal to gather as much experience out of it as I could. I am a trained actor and have also studied singing as well as playing the guitar and violin. I wanted to shape a strong artistic vision and challenge myself to develop further as a performer. I took on songwriting classes with Pétur Ben, which were my main subject throughout my studies and managed to compose sixteen songs, which I plan to record in the nearest future. Alongside I got the opportunity to train my singing voice under the guidance of Þóra Einarsdóttir which was incredibly useful and inspiring. I also did classes in musicology and piano playing to widen my horizon learned recording skills in the studio and led many ensembles of my own composition as well as participated in others. The last two years have been a rewarding experience which I will take on and reshaped my view on life.
